Order Processing
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Once processed, orders are shipped on the next business day.
We do not ship on weekends.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered the processing or shipping stage.
No cancellation fee is charged if the order is canceled before processing begins.
Unclaimed or Undeliverable Orders
Cartlofts is not responsible for packages that are:
- Refused at delivery.
- Unclaimed by the recipient.
- Returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address provided by the customer.
⚠️ Any fees associated with reshipping an order due to an address error will be the customer's responsibility.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside the United States:
The customer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and any additional VAT or sales taxes levied by the destination country.
We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to placing an order to understand potential charges.
Please note that customs clearance procedures can sometimes cause delivery delays.
Separate Shipments
Your order may be shipped in multiple packages if:
- Certain items are on backorder and will ship as they become available.
- Items exceed size or weight limits for a single shipment.
- Different items in your order are shipped from separate warehouse locations.
You will receive tracking information for each shipped package.
Important Delivery Notes
Please double-check your shipping address for accuracy during checkout. Missing or incorrect details are the most common cause of delivery issues.
In some cases, local customs authorities may require additional documentation or information before releasing a package.
If no one is available to receive the delivery, the carrier will typically leave a notice with instructions for pickup or redelivery.
